penny stock bse

BSE Stock Site Reccommendation??

Please Advise of a good site that I can enroll in(paid or free) & get recommendation for stocks in BSE which are below Rs 50.00.
In other words I need recommendation of penny stocks-with good returns in the past history however the Rupee value of the invested individual stocks preferrably should be around Rs20.00
